These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, programs, products, services, events, digital platforms, and communications operated by Exodus Music LLC, including but not limited to Gem State Jazz Camp, educational services, digital content, student platforms, merchandise sales, ticketed events, and related marketing channels.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, or otherwise interacting with any website, service, event, or platform operated by Exodus Music LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Gem State Jazz Camp (GSJC) is an educational program operated by Exodus Music LLC. All transactions conducted through the Gem State Jazz Camp website or related systems are legally conducted with Exodus Music LLC.
2. Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to all interactions with Exodus Music LLC, including but not limited to:
- purchase of products or services
- registration for camps, programs, or events
- participation in private lessons or educational services
- purchase of merchandise or equipment
- access to digital educational materials or downloads
- purchase of event or performance tickets
- use of student portals or learning systems
- participation in live events, workshops, or clinics
- interaction with marketing channels and online content
- use of websites operated by Exodus Music LLC
These Terms also apply to interactions conducted through third-party platforms used by Exodus Music LLC, including but not limited to:
- Facebook / Instagram / Meta
- YouTube / Google platforms
- X (formerly Twitter)
- TikTok
- email communication platforms
- online learning systems
- customer management systems
- payment processors
- advertising platforms
3. Services and Products
Exodus Music LLC provides a range of music education, event, and retail services, including but not limited to:
- music camps and educational programs
- private lessons and instruction
- workshops, clinics, and masterclasses
- live performances and ticketed events
- merchandise and branded products
- digital educational materials
- downloadable content
- educational media and recordings
- student access to learning platforms
- subscriptions or educational memberships
Descriptions of services and products are provided in good faith. Exodus Music LLC reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, instructors, locations, or service delivery methods when necessary for operational, educational, or safety reasons.
4. Camp Registrations and Program Participation
Programs such as Gem State Jazz Camp may be subject to additional policies governing participation, including registration procedures, student conduct, safety expectations, cancellations, and refunds. By registering for a program, participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the policies applicable to that program.
Exodus Music LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke participation in a program if a participant fails to comply with program policies or conduct expectations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment may be required at the time of purchase or registration.
Accepted payment methods may include:

- approved installment payment providers
- third-party payment processors
- other payment methods offered at checkout
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems. Exodus Music LLC does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial data.

Such platforms may include, but are not limited to:
- TeacherZone

- learning management platforms
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Exodus Music LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants in camps, lessons, events, and online communities must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner.
Exodus Music LLC reserves the right to remove participants from programs or events if conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or in violation of program policies.
Removal from a program for conduct violations may occur without refund when permitted by program policies.
10. Merchandise and Physical Products
Merchandise sold through Exodus Music LLC or affiliated programs may be fulfilled through:
- in-house inventory
- third-party fulfillment services
- print-on-demand vendors
- shipping carriers and logistics providers
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the fulfillment method.
Exodus Music LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or manufacturing partners.
11. Event Tickets and Performances
Tickets for concerts, performances, or events may be subject to venue policies or event-specific terms.
Event schedules, performers, or locations may change due to circumstances beyond the control of Exodus Music LLC.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable event policy.
12. Independent Contractors and Guest Artists
Exodus Music LLC may collaborate with instructors, guest artists, clinicians, educators, and other professionals who provide services as independent contractors.
Participation in programs conducted by these individuals does not create an employment relationship between the participant and Exodus Music LLC.
13. Marketing and Communications
By registering for services, submitting a registration form, or purchasing products, users consent to receive communications via email and SMS text messaging related to:
order confirmations
program updates
instructional information
event notifications
general marketing
promotional announcements
SMS/text message notifications, including registration updates, event reminders, and important program communications. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time.
Users may opt out of marketing communications when permitted by applicable law.
14. Third-Party Platforms
Exodus Music LLC may utilize third-party platforms for payment processing, communication, content hosting, marketing, or educational delivery.
These services may include:

- learning platforms
Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those platforms.
Exodus Music LLC is not responsible for the policies, actions, or service disruptions of third-party providers.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exodus Music LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, participation in programs, or access to digital platforms.
Total liability for any claim related to a purchase or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product or service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or related services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Idaho.
