Registration Policies
The following policies apply to all registrations for Gem State Jazz Camp – a program operated by Exodus Music LLC – and are intended to provide clear information for students and parents. Please review each section carefully before completing your registration.
Pricing Guarantee
The price displayed at the time a registration is completed is guaranteed for that registration and will not change. From time to time, Gem State Jazz Camp may offer promotional rates, early registration incentives, or other limited offers. These offers may change or expire at any time and do not apply retroactively to completed registrations. Once a registration has been submitted and payment has been processed, the price paid is considered final for that registration.
Seat Reservation and Limited Enrollment
Gem State Jazz Camp maintains a limited number of seats for each instrument in order to create balanced ensembles and ensure a high-quality educational experience. When a registration is completed, the selected instrument seat is reserved for that student and removed from available inventory. Because the number of seats per instrument is limited, once a seat is reserved it may prevent another student from registering for that instrument.
Payment Plans
Payment plan options may be available through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Afterpay, or Klarna depending on customer eligibility. Payment plan availability, approval, and payment schedules are determined solely by the payment provider. Gem State Jazz Camp and Exodus Music LLC do not control approval decisions or payment plan terms. Payment plan purchases remain subject to the same registration, cancellation, and refund policies described on this page regardless of the payment provider used, including PayPal, Afterpay, or Klarna.
Requests to change instruments or adjust camp packages may be considered prior to the registration deadline if space is available. Because instrument seating is limited, changes cannot be guaranteed once a section reaches capacity.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests received on or before April 20, 2026 may be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be subject to a 10% administrative and merchant fee recovery charge. This fee helps recover non-refundable payment processing charges, platform transaction costs, and administrative expenses associated with the registration. Because each completed registration reserves a limited instrument seat within the camp’s ensemble structure, registrations become non-refundable after April 20, 2026.. At that point, ensemble assignments, faculty scheduling, staffing commitments, and instructional preparation are already in progress, and reserved instrument seats cannot reliably be reassigned. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Program Adjustments
Gem State Jazz Camp and Exodus Music LLC reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to faculty assignments, schedules, facilities, or programming if necessary to deliver the best educational experience for students. Such adjustments do not affect the validity of a completed registration.
Agreement to Policies
By completing registration for Gem State Jazz Camp, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the registration, pricing, cancellation, refund, and all policies of Exodus Music LLC described on this page.
