This year we are excited to announce tax-deductible donations are being accepted through Lala's Jazz, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating a vibrant jazz community in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. To support our students' scholarship needs:

Since 2019, Gem State Jazz Camp has welcomed Treasure Valley students to experience joyful, high-quality jazz education each summer. We believe every student should have the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances.

Our approach is simple: just pre-register for camp in the form below. The long-form responses only need to be a couple sentences. We’ll follow up with you directly about available support.

How It Works

2. Keep a close eye on your email for any scholarship offers

Important Details

Scholarship funds are limited each summer. We recommend registering as soon as possible to increase your chance of receiving assistance. The deadline is five business days before your camp registration deadline.

Transparency

Scholarship availability depends on donations received each year. We do our best to help as many families as possible. Faculty determines scholarship offerings based on a combination of: financial need, musical merit, instrumentation needs, teacher recommendations, and more.
